That was meant sarcastically, as their schedules almost guaranteed the six undefeated teams would remain unbeaten.
The top three teams manhandled their opposition, as expected. Florida beat up on a team near the bottom of the Sun Belt Conference standings, Alabama shutout an FCS school some people didn't even know existed, and Texas smacked around the last place team in the Big 12 North.
Two undefeated, mid-level conference teams also put on a show this weekend. TCU crushed a weak Wyoming team and Boise State humiliated Utah State on national television. The other undefeated team, Cincinnati, had a bye week.
