Case Keenum, Houston

Keenum has thrown for 2,464 yards for 19 touchdowns and 4 interceptions, posts a 69.8 completion percentage, and has only been sacked five times.

And he's done it against some terrific competition. The Cougars led an early upset of Oklahoma State in Stillwater, and beat Texas Tech on Keenum's fourth quarter QB draw.
